The Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) is a risk-based evaluation tool designed to identify hazards and deficiencies in both social and private rented housing. Whether you are responsible for enforcement or ensuring your properties are hazard-free, this qualification will help you get it right.
After your study and successful completion of an online exam, you’ll receive a nationally recognised certificate from ABBE (the Awarding Body for the Built Environment) to demonstrate you are competent to undertake HHSRS assessments.
