Upkeep Training is a multi-award winning training provider offering CIH and ABBE accredited qualifications as well as short courses.
If you work in social housing, property management or facilities management we will help you develop the knowledge and skills you need to make your property, their home.
With this ethos comes the commitment to support the social housing sector to raise standards and comply with the expectations of the government as set out in the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023 and Awaab’s Law. We do this by offering CIH qualifications at levels 3, 4 and 5 alongside short courses on condensation damp & mould, customer service, disrepair and the HHSRS.
Our specially designed courses and qualifications benefit learners of all ages and backgrounds, including people working in construction and housing in technical and non-technical roles. We were delivering courses via virtual classrooms before the Covid-19 pandemic required a shift in employers’ approach to work and learning and have been delighted to refine this further over the last couple of years. We have an impressive track record of offering courses via Zoom, with our expert trainers using the best of the virtual facilities available. This makes the best use of your staff time in not having to travel to a venue whilst still providing the opportunity of networking with housing staff from across the country.
We aim to be the UK’s leading provider of housing management and maintenance education, motivating and upskilling professionals to inspire positive change across the sector.
Our mission is to equip housing professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide efficient and effective housing management and maintenance services, improve resident experiences, protect property values and ensure regulatory compliance.
Sarah is a qualified adult tutor and training specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the housing sector. She has designed and delivered programmes for staff at all levels, with a particular focus on housing management, customer service and compliance.

Craig works with housing organisations to understand their needs and connect them with the programmes and consultancy support that best fit their goals. He is often the first point of contact for new clients and focuses on building strong, long-term relationships.
Bianca supports the delivery of qualifications. She is the first point of contact for all qualification matters and makes sure pre-course information is delivered on time. She also liaises with trainers, learners and awarding bodies.
Gemma provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of business processes, Upkeep’s short courses and some sales and marketing administration.
