CIH Level 5 Top Up Units

Course overview

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our top-up units designed to help housing professionals prepare for the Competence and Conduct Standard (England).

These units provide an option for learners with partially compliant qualifications, to complete accredited training to cover key skills and knowledge in areas that may be missing from previously achieved qualifications.

These top-up units:

Support professionals in bridging essential knowledge and skills gaps aligned with the Competence and Conduct Standard
Support the sector by avoiding unnecessary cost and duplication of learning and assessment – Professionals don’t need to complete full qualifications if they’ve already covered some of the required content.
