The Level 4 Senior Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship with Crosby Management Training is designed for experienced housing and property professionals. The programme develops the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to manage services, lead teams and deliver positive outcomes for residents,
communities and organisations.

Both the CIH qualifications and the apprenticeship programme are designed to support senior housing managers in meeting the qualification requirements of the Competence and Conduct Standard.
