At Upkeep we’re a small, driven team who, in partnership with our Training Associates have been working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations to teach them how to look after buildings, since 1979.
Sarah Bentley - Director
Sarah is a training and skills specialist and qualified FE tutor. Sarah has worked across businesses and government over the last 20 years to translate policies and funding into opportunities for teams to thrive in the workplace. An inspirational leader and entrepreneur Sarah also owns The Learning Network (an apprenticeship consultancy) and is Chief Executive at Northamptonshire Football Association.
Jo Ashby - Administrator
Jo has over 20 years of experience working as a PA, her superpower is being incredibly organised! Jo is one of the main contacts by email and phone for anything to do with Upkeep Training courses and takes great pleasure in seeing lots of bookings coming in for companies training their staff.
Tina Pickles - Business Development Manager
Tina has over 30 years of experience in sales and business development, in both the public and private sectors. Recently joining the team as Business Development Manager Tina brings with her a friendly professional approach and a passion for supporting individuals and companies to develop their teams and goes the extra mile to deliver a bespoke service to our clients.
Lynda Hance - Director
Lynda worked for a number of years in housing organisations at senior level, as well as being a housing association board member; she has extensive housing experience, including in management, maintenance and regeneration. She is a fully qualified trainer and has written a number of publications.
