Upkeep Training offers the Level 3 Housing and Property Manager Apprenticeship.
We’ve built our bespoke apprenticeship programmes specifically for those who work in housing and property repairs and maintenance, and if you’ve already completed our Upkeep / ABBE Certificate in Diagnosing Defects and Ordering Repairs then you may already be on your way to completing your apprenticeship!
If you're considering enrolling in our CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Maintenance & Asset Management then our apprenticeship program might be for you! Our apprentices enroll on the CIH Level 3 certificate as part of their training, so please get in touch if you think this may apply to you.

The Apprenticeship Levy
The way apprenticeships in England are funded changed on April 6th 2017.
Some employers are now required to contribute to a new apprenticeship levy, and there are changes to the funding for apprenticeship training for all employers.
The levy requires all employers operating in the UK, with a pay bill of over £3 million each year, to invest in apprenticeships.
There is a lot of information available on the levy on various websites; with varying levels of accuracy. We will only reference the official government guidance on the levy, to ensure you get the most accurate and up to date information.

If you are an employer who would like to use your levy to pay for apprenticeships in housing, please get in touch.
If you do not pay the levy, but want to put people in your company to embark on apprenticeships in housing, then get in touch - the government will contribute 90% of the cost!
