Upkeep Training is an award winning specialist repairs and maintenance training provider offering CIH and ABBE accredited qualifications and short courses. If you work in social housing, property management or facilities management we will help you develop the knowledge and skills you need to make your property, their home.
Candidates can take the courses as separate one-day modules, or combine some of them and achieve nationally-recognised qualifications from the Awarding Body for the Built Environment (ABBE) and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
Our specially designed range of courses benefit learners of all ages and backgrounds, including people working in construction and housing in technical and non-technical roles. We were delivering courses via virtual classrooms before the Covid-19 pandemic required a shift in employers’ approach to work and learning and have been delighted to refine this further over the last couple of years. We have an impressive track record of offering courses via Zoom, with our expert trainers using the best of the virtual facilities available. This makes the best use of your staff time in not having to travel to a venue and gives you and their comfort in personal safety.
